Mass Intention Policies

1. A requested intention may be made for any person living or deceased, in thanksgiving, or for an intention fitting to the Eucharistic celebration (Vocations, World Peace, Holy Souls in Purgatory, etc.).
2. Multiple Intention Masses - Only two Masses per week are celebrated for more than one intention (4:00 p.m. on Saturday & 10:30 a.m. on Sunday). The person requesting Mass to be offered can request an unlimited number of Multiple Intention Masses to be offered for their intention.
3. All other Masses are Single Intention Masses. To provide an opportunity to all interested parishioners, Single Intention Masses are limited to 5 per monthly visit.
4. One Mass every Sunday is celebrated for the intentions of parishioners. At OLPH, this is the 5:00 p.m. Latin Mass (Pro Populo). No other requests can be taken for this Mass time.
5. A Mass intention cannot be offered for an unknown or unspecified “Special Intention.” Please provide the name of the individual for whom the Special Intention is intended.
6. Requests for Mass intentions will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. 
7. Each Mass Intention request is made with a donation of $5.00. Payment can be in the form of cash or check. Please submit the form with the stipend enclosed.
